About The Project
A Colour Consultant was invited by the homeowners to contribute suggestions of a colour scheme to uplift the appearance of the home’s street appeal. The painting provided by My Fresh Space was part of a grand renovation completing the transformation.

This wasn’t the first time My Fresh Space had united with these clients. Moving into their new home the young family rather than move into a house they wanted to establish a home. Although the existing Australian native colour scheme would have sufficed there was potential to make a bold modern statement. Once again using technology to visualise the new colour scheme on this home the owners were able to select colour with confidence with stunning results.

About The Project
The clients were keen for a cosmetic transformation of the home without committing to any major structural changes. Apart from replacing a few damaged and rotted weatherboards and re-landscaping throughout the property the property was as “blank canvas” for the painting. As there was time to discuss the colour scheme while repairs were being undertaken it was the happiest time My Fresh Space had in being part of the colour section process. Using technology to visualise how the property would appear gave the clients greater confidence in their colour selection. The final result was reflective of modern Australian Native colours with a bold statement at the front door.

About The Project
Working through an interior stylist the brief was to revitalise a tired and weather-beaten yet modern double storey home in Melbourne’s Inner Southern laneway. Apart from some minor cracks developing in the render throughout and some unsightly graffiti in the back patio area the work was relatively straight-forward and work My Fresh Space was proud of.

Preparing six laser cut steel panels for the application of a rusted/corroded effect to be
installed at the ground floor entrance of a multi-disciplinary design studio.

About The Project
The opportunity to work with a leading design studio to contribute to the external appearance of their building by applying this rusted effect was very fulfilling. The scope of project was to create a consistent rust effect over the six panels spanning the void on the ground level beneath the studio space. Using material to create the effect required careful preparation as the impact of the material after it was applied would affect the long-term appearance of the façade. Most of the time on the project was spent on the surface preparation and experimenting with the rusting material.

About The Project
Prior to beginning work it was discovered there was asbestos in walls and flooring of the kitchen and rear living area. Once it was safe to do so, colours were applied in different parts of the interior to gauge suitability. Working with other services it was pleasing to see the development evolve into a light, airy open-plan home. My Fresh Space’s scope of works was completed in stages to work with the schedule of the transformation.

About The Project
In preparation to convert this granny flat into a workable guest area/working studio the clients were keen to define the clean lines in this modest self-contained living quarters. Reclaimed floorboards from their former home would in time be recycled in this space to great effect. A grand feature wall behind the bed and in the bathroom ceiling captured the mood the owners wanted to establish.

About The Project
This was not the first time My Fresh Space worked with this customer, but they returned to assist with a bigger property than before. It was a case of the period style meets modern living in this classic marriage of old world and new. Maintaining the beautiful plaster mouldings through the front of the interior opening up to an airy and light open plan living room, kitchen and meals area with the addition of a Master ensuite, newly renovated bathroom and sweeping bi-fold doors leading to a modest but functional patio. The colour scheme was relatively straight-forward considering the difficult task of unifying new and old. The paint colour scheme throughout reflected the colour finishes in the kitchen. The subtly of the colours allowed light through the property.

About The Project
My Fresh Space were brought in on this project when there would be the least disruption by the work in a 24/7 business. Tasks such as remarking lines at the entrance to the premises and repainting marked walls from the wear and tear of such a business. Other tasks included the painting of ceiling sections on two separate floors to indicate.

About The Project
My Fresh Space were brought in on this project when most of the renovations had been completed. As the structural renovations were nearing the end, the painting had to be completed relatively quickly with furniture and other fit out items kept in storage on-site. The great benefit of working before Barre Body was opened for business was creating little if any inconvenience and disruption to the function of the yoga studio.
